Terrible
August 26, 2018I moved out this year. I had been apart of the building for almost 7 years. The new owners don’t care about the tenants in the building. They are all about the money. When something is wrong you have to fight to get it fixed. When you want something taken down for your health they make you pay for it. There are cracks in the walls from the foundation settling. A few years ago there was a fire in the building that was caused by an electrical outlet at the electric stove. People in the building ...smoke marijuana and the elevator will smell of it on the weekends. I don’t recommend living in this building. Many people who have lived there for years are moving out because of the new owners. Take your money else where.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
New Management
August 4, 2017The building as been sold to new owners since the last review and the new owners are horrible. The grounds are no longer maintained and the owners are rude and inconsiderate of their tenants. Their way off managing their building is via intimidation and threats. They are extremely rude and their only concern is receiving the rent on the first of the month; on the second of the month you will receive a 5 day notice and if that happens more than once you will be evicted. No Exceptions!!!!! New ...leases have to be signed 60 days in advance or you will be evicted. If your unit needs improvements you have to be willing to pay for the updates with an increase in your rent.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
