Enjoy the beautiful summer and fall nights in your backyard oasis (see photos!). Unit is well-insulated with efficient mechanicals (gas furnace and electric heat pump water heater). Average gas bill of $65.33/mo and average electric bill of $66.04/mo over the last 3 years with thermostat at 71 in winter and multiple window AC units running in summer. VERY comfortable home compared to most units in East Rock. Cats OK. Dogs evaluated on a case-by-case as 1st floor tenant has a dog already. We care very much about our 1st floor tenant, and we are looking for tenants who will get along with him.
