The main living area is bright, open and airy with fresh decor and a lively Santa Fe vibe accented throughout the house. The Saltillo tiles (terra cotta) are warm and inviting--they're cool in the summer and naturally warm in the winter. Enjoy the huge 55" 4k TV with X-box, Netflix and a huge movie supply for every age & taste. Cozy up to the blazing fireplace on cooler nights with a glass of wine and a great book (we've supplied shelves of them) or the latest magazines (also supplied). The atmosphere is as comfy as our sofas. -Kitchen: Even if cooking isn't your thing, we promise you'll love the open floor plan kitchen. With a Southwestern flair and a well-stocked supply of essentials, you'll find it hard not to try out a few recipes (cook books supplied)! Natural light floods the kitchen space in the morning. Enjoy your coffee as you listen to the birds sing in the desert landscaping just outside the windows. We provide pots, pans, dishes, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker and much more. All new stainless appliances, fully filtered water, a pro stove and little extras like fondue set and popcorn maker. -Dining: If the kitchen is the heart of the home, our dining room gives it its beat. The oversized table is perfect for entertaining, a night of board games or a relaxed candlelit meal. The table easily seats 8 or more. For a quick morning meal, hop on the kitchen stools. -Outdoors: Inviting, luxurious and fun for the whole family. High walls surround our oasis in the desert and a corner lot offers increased privacy. The heated pool and spa (hot tub) are fabulous for a soak in the day or a full body massage in the evening.
