June 19, 2024Pros: Location is second to none Street is quiet Close to the parks and decently close to subways Cons: Footsteps above you sound like actual hammers They will raise your rent and then drop the price to rent it out again so the brokers can keep getting paid every year on the broker fee. Washers/dryers sometimes don't work.Review from Apartments.com
