Spaces are thought out for maximum efficiency and storage. Beautiful views, quality construction insures peaceful, relaxing atmosphere, and a good night’s rest.

    I have found my time here to be extraordinary. From the high-quality construction to the great staff, regarding housekeeping, maintenance and management. I continue to recommend this property to friends and colleagues around the country. Very pleased. My dog could not ask for a better place to live being right across from the park. And not only that but gets treats every time that he comes in at the front door (provided by 525)…!

    I have found 525 Olive to be an amazing community- with an eclectic group of residents. That makes help helps make the living experience so much more enjoyable! I know after living in San Diego for many years that it has some of best views in San Diego. Lastly, the staff always have a light and lively attitude with an ardent desire to always be of help. To the degree that they can (given whatever the situation).

    I would not spread my word since there are negative issues that would affect others leasing the apartment. Last Sunday on 2 instances I let people in the building who wanted to see apartments. It should be staff who do this…not me.

    Best experience I have ever had! Bryan Chu was super professional and knowledgeable from the first minutes of communication. He answered all of my important questions before I even had time to ask them. He was extremely helpful with every step of the process. Our move-in was smooth and very positive ,thanks to Bryan. We are very happy with management and the building( clean, beautiful and stunning views).
