Cockroach Infestation, Horrendous Management
December 15, 2020I have been a resident for 15 months (since Sept 2019). My first year living her was great but in August 2020, I began noticing cockroaches in my apartment. Eventually, I was seeing up to 30 cockroaches per day. I communicated my concerns with management. They carried out cheap and ineffective extermination attempts. Their follow up has been abysmal. All of my complaints are met with poor excuses. Their extermination attempts remain ineffective despite the fact that I communicate this to them ...multiple times per week. I have now been living with cockroaches for four months during a pandemic. There are open glue traps on my counter with more cockroaches in them every day. Live cockroaches appear every time I use my kitchen, rendering it impossible to cook. These living conditions are unsanitary and have compromised my physical and mental health. Management doesn’t care. Their excuses continue. The cockroaches remain in mass. Avoid this building at all costs.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
