Should they be offered the rental, prospective tenants will need to provide a deposit of $750 to hold the apartment until move in, and sign a lease for 6 months which is renewable at the end of the rental period. When moving in, the standard first and last month's rent is required, while the initial $750 deposit will be converted into a security deposit. Should either party wish to exist during this 6 months, a 30 day exit notice from the first of the following month as specified in the lease. The property is just one block from El Cajon Boulevard and a rapid bus service to SDSU and downtown San Diego. It is 3/4 of a mile from SDSU within easy biking distance or a decent walk. It is 1/2 mile College Avenue with a shopping centre which has a Vons grocery store and a variety of restaurants. On the way there, the Living Room coffee shop is within walking distance from this shopping centre. There is also a Trader Joes which is located near SDSU.
