February 17, 2024Classless, tackless, and insufferable people live here. Marijuana fills up my apartment for the last three months and I am physically affected by it daily. Dogs park constantly all times a night. Parking is scarce. Package are often stolen and drug deals are happening in the park lot with no conscience.Review from Apartments.com

November 19, 2021The reviews you’re reading are more than likely fake. The walls are thin, neighbors are so loud & the staff acts like they can’t be bothered when you complain. Trash isn’t picked up when it’s suppose to. Some of the staff is very unprofessional and speak as if they are just hanging out & not at work. They act like you’re bothering them if you ask for assistance, but if you’re a loud and inconsiderate neighbor they will cater to you.Property Manager Responded

Moreover, leading office staff always seems to be a deal breaker for me why I had never renewed a lease before.
