      I just wanted to say that I am extremely pleased with the way that the building at 5505 Zelzah Ave is being run/ managed. Piper (property manager) is on top of things and proactive about getting issues resolved and being helpful to myself and the other tenants. It’s really nice to have an apartment building where people really care about your living quality and you’re not wondering what is going on with this or that. Anytime I’ve needed anything Piper has been prompt and coordinated with ...
      Juan(maintenance) to fix it. Both of them are friendly and hardworking and helpful. When I see people doing their best and caring about their jobs and putting in extra effort I always write them a good review of some sort. I’ve had a very pleasant experience so far.
