Cozy Studio Apartments
August 13, 2015The studio is pretty large and has a bathroom and a kitchen. It is an old building, and you can smell that when you walk in the door unless you air the apartment out constantly. The studio was dirty when we moved in, and the carpet was pretty bad. The door to the patio is almost falling off, and sometimes gets stuck. However, it is quiet and the location is nice. It's close to Lake Murray which is nice. And they do not discriminate on dogs. All they require is an extra $25 pet rent each month. I ...don't care too much about the old building and everything because the apartment is cheap. But they should probably upgrade a little.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
