it breaks, which it probably has 5 times in the past two years, residents are unable to move their trash down or access the laundry services. The latter of which is not as big of an issue since there are multiple laundromats within a block. The neighborhood has grocery, pharmacy, barbershops, and laundromats within 2 blocks. There is not much night life, though. There are restaurants and a couple bars, but most activity is up near the hospital (168th) and even that is minimal. As such, I would recommend this apartment more for families than young adults, though the price is favorable for the latter. Transportation is relatively easy.
