It's like living in a Treehouse!
July 21, 2015I've lived here for about 2 years now and love just about everything. It is the perfect location- close to all the freeways, the trolley and a bunch of great food and beer! It is a quiet neighborhood with a lot of students, so it is a great place to be in your 20s-30s. Another perk is that I get to watch amazing sunsets and the Sea World fireworks from my balcony every night in the summer. The building is well maintained and our maintenance guy is super friendly and very helpful. Street parking ...is plentiful in the area.
