Just bring your clothes!! The space This fully furnished house is only available for long term tenants who are looking to stay in a home for an extended duration . Please add $150 to the listed monthly lease amount for Electricity, water, trash and High speed Internet. Nestled in the Prestigious Westchase Community, an independent house with separate entry with total privacy for you. Backs to a private lake and Reservation. 12 min to airport, walk to Bars, Coffee shops & restaurants, pool & tennis court. Curbside Parking Only. Great location, 10 min to airport, 20 min to Busch Gardens, 5 min to malls, walking distance to Bars, Coffee Shops, Swimming pool, Tennis court, CVS and more than 10 different restaurants from steakhouses, sushi, thai, Mexican, pizza and gourmet burgers. The house backs to a private lake with views of the dense reservation for great morning walks. Full private ensuite kitchen and bedroom with attached bath and walk-in closet. The bedroom has a queen sized bed and can fit two people comfortably. This independent living unit is above our detached garage in our backyard. Guest access The room also has hi-speed Wi-Fi but and a smart TV in the room with Roku but no cable. You will have a private keyed entrance with no curfew hours. There is plenty of parking along the curb in front of the house. You are free to cook in your private kitchen as long as you clean up the fridge and food waste before you leave. Other things to note We have a 50 lb black Lab as a pet and he is super friendly. Though he may bark when he first sees you but thereafter he gets comfortable real quick. If you are apprehensive about dogs, You may want to reconsider your choice of accommodation. Please also note that you will be living in the second floor above our detached garage and we do not have elevators or handicap access to the unit. Please also note that this is a fully furnished , long term dwelling unit and is priced accordingly. All the regular consumables like TP, soap, condiments, etc will not be replenished through the duration of your stay. Please also do not expect room service like attention for any emerging requirements that may need the attention of the hosts. We will do the best we can to get you what you need and help in whatever way possible in a reasonable time frame.
