All people need rest...except, apparently, the tenants upstairs. Expect to be frustrated with the delay in, or sometimes lack of, response to texts or phone calls requesting anything from the on-site manager. Sluggish at best. Sometimes no reply. So, you'll have to call again. You'll have to be on top of any communication...like it's Your job. I mean, come on...does the property management company not compensate the on-site manager in some way? Is this not their job? If you call the property management company they will advise you to go through the on-site manager. On-site washer/dryer -one set per floor, but they don't really clean well, which is gross. You have the option of putting in more quarters for the washer to wash better. Basically, it'll cost you $2/load to wash and $1 to dry. No insulation, windows let in everything, so electricity's probably higher than it should be, which might not be so bad if my rent hadn't been raised over $100/mo recently.
