This vintage apartment building was built in 1929. All units are recently remodeled but have kept their vintage charm with hardwood floors, built in original kitchen cabinetry, large unique windows, vintage lighting and ceiling fans. Outside has a new roof, windows and exterior paint. Owner is local and responsive to tenant needs. Our building has 5 units total. The unit currently available is a spacious 1st Floor unit with a large kitchen and living room. A parking space is available right outside the unit door. Both the living room and bedroom have walk in closet/storage spaces. The building has shared laundry downstairs free of charge. There is also building WIFI free of charge.
