The Residences of Kensington are the crown jewel in our array of housing offerings. 16 units in total, each has two-bedroom one bath units feature a waterfall granite island with four designer stools, a large executive 78? built in modern fireplace with 65? built in television, and a full stainless steel high-end appliance upgrade. Each unit also comes with a garage, not attached, and free laundry access in the building (not in the individual units). In addition to the garage there is a second parking space available for each apartment. PLEASE NOTE: Rate shown is applicable for bookings 3 months or shorter. Rates longer than 3 months are discounted depending on the length of stay. Please don't hesitate to reach out!
