January 19, 2021I have lived here for less than a year and will not be renewing my lease. The management is unresponsive and slow to address major apartment issues. The maintenance of the building is atrocious. I am quite certain that this building is breaking multiple building codes. The super is the laziest person I have ever met. He literally lives in this building and does not work ever. He makes the tenants do their own repairs! The only positive thing is the person who takes down the trash does a good job ...of trying to keep the trash room clean.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
DUMP
August 11, 2020This building is disgusting outside no maintenance or curb appeal at all. The laundry room and basement are scary and disgusting, it has been this way for 30 plus years. All the surrounding buildings and homes are beautiful and deserve the higher rents they are asking for with 600 east 18 being the eyesore of the neighborhood. Repairs are a joke the super is a irresponsible person and has been there for years no one cares or responds to repair requests in a timely manner it’s a joke to them. ...It’s sad too see in such a beautiful neighborhood.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
