September 30, 2015I am renting 1 room in a 4 bdrm apt. Hard to afford my own apartment...but want out of here. Maybe even move to Charlotte of Fayetteville or Greenville in the Carolinas where some of my family resides.Review from Apartments.com

August 28, 2015This building is slowly getting renovated apartment by apartment, and I was fortunate to move into one of them two years ago. The neighborhood is fantastic; you are 30 seconds from walking along the tree lined Riverside Drive and another 30 seconds from hopping onto the 1 train. There have been a ton of cute little restaurants and pubs popping up, and you also have the famous Harlem Public a few blocks away. The building is pet friendly and very welcoming. My only complaint is that the laundry ...room could use some new machines. I love my for bedroom apartment; it is spacious and my dog has a lot of room to roam. We got an incredible bang our buck. I would recommend this building to anyone.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
