    The redeeming qualities about this place are the location,reliable parking and responsive maintenance. Otherwise it is a low rent dive next to train tracks with sketchy tenants. There is a hoarder on the second level that stows trash and random dumpster dive items around the premises. She is always out digging in the recycle bin and moving junk around that she keeps on the walkway. The mailbox is a joke. Good luck finding out which one is yours since they aren't numbered. Overall, its affordable ...
    in terms of SB, and it has potential; they just need to move out the riff-raff holding out for low rent and cater to the newer tenants who pay more.
