Besides the AWESOMENESS of this apartment its close to Lincoln Wood Mall for all you shopping needs. There is a park a stones throw away for your peaceful walks or vigorous workouts. Transportation options are very good. The pièce de résistance, for my North Side Chicago Natives both current and future, is the parking. There is a garage available ($50/month) but you do not need it. This apartment must be located in like an alternate dimension of the North Side because public parking is plentiful. THE BARE BONES REVIEW: -3rd Floor -3 Bedrooms (Very large Master and 2 queen size) -2 Baths (updated) -Large Dining Room (separate from living room) -Very Large Living Room (too big) -Kitchen (Granite countertops Stainless steel appliances a lot of counter and cabinet space) -Pantry (considering the cabinet space in the kitchen this is like overkill lol) -Closet Space (plentiful) -A lot of windows no need for AC unit because breeze is wonderful -Visually appealing free range given by landlord to paint or do whatever you want to the place. -Close to everything -1600 square feet - $1450 flat or $1500 with parking - Free Heat tenant pays cooking gas and electric - Most of all CLEAN (my Chicago people know what CLEAN means)
