February 19, 2025I love the sense of community between the social events offered as well as the prompt service of the management office. However, I took off one star because I feel that a fraction of the other units don't respect the property as much as they should. It's a gorgeous and enriching building and should be treated as such. Prompt and ...pleasant I had several issues like the walls are not painted evenly and patio with a lot of old paint. Upon arrival, the apartment was not properly cleaned and needed to be cleaned again. September 10, 2024There have been a lot of pool issues recently as well as fire alarm going off. The office doesn’t reply to emails well but are only open during work time when I can’t come in due to having a job.Property Manager Responded

September 16, 2024I love the gym and parking garage. Amenities here are hard to beat. Upgrades to the gym (more machines) would be nice. The fire alarm system malfunctions frequently which is unfortunate. Beats the last place I was at though.Property Manager Responded
