Big Little Apartment to Watch the Sun Set Over the Park
August 21, 2015This alcove studio apartment in a walk-up building is perfect for a single person or couple to relax and watch the sun set or storms roll in over St. Nicholas Park and the church at City College. Although the super is rather hard to reach, the building manager is always willing to help the residents with issues in their apartments. 5 blocks from the subway and with bus stops at the corner, it is easy to access all of New York just steps away from your bed. The Hamilton Heights neighborhood is ...growing, having just recently opened several new restaurants and bars, and this apartment is right in the center of it all. Easy access to local grocery stores, bodegas, gyms, churches, salons, and restaurants makes this place a perfect place to live, and all for a reasonable rent for Manhattan. I fell in love with New York all over again when I signed my lease!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
