Do not rent: rat, dirty, slow to fix repairs
June 20, 2023Landlord is money hungry, apartment is dirty, rat infested. Renting here was the worst mistake I made. The place was received in dirty condition: floors dirty, dirty refrigerator. Missing items: toilet seat was not replaced before moving in, had to buy my own. Rod in 1 room wasn’t there, landlord had to put one in. Light fixtures sockets old. Washer and dryer in basement with old dirty appliance. Rented a place with a dirty mold infested, smelly refrigerator. Solution was to clean it when it was ...asked to be replaced. Landlord refused to replace, had to buy my own and put the dirty refrigerator on the porch. Lease over and it wasn’t working landlord took partial of security deposit to pay for her new refrigerator. Rain leaked through the walls and left water stain on the wall. Only solution to fix was to patch up the roof. Slow to fix repairs. Received a dirty place but landlord lies that clearness came to clean and then expecting when you move out to clean the place. Do not rent from this landlord, liar, money hungry. Does not know how to resolve a conflict, passive aggressive, will put all the blame on the tenant and not take responsibility for her place. No utilities is included in the rent.
