Super affordable, safe, but some neighbors are rude.
August 8, 2015This place is half of a duplex with a fireplace and a pool and laundry on site. It's handy to just about everything (I ride my bike and rarely use my car), and have never had a problem with security. Most of my neighbors are cool, but there are a couple that have no regard for the fact that other people live here. They are either terribly loud at all hours, or race their cars unreasonably fast through the parking lot. The landlords are OK once you figure out how to deal with them, but they can be ...hard nosed about paying for things like plumbing problems and repairs. Nothing out of the ordinary for the area. Still, I can't find a better place for the price range (I look all the time), and dig this place as home.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
