Horrible
February 14, 2025This place is freaking horrible we were misfortunate enough to live here for 3 years the landlord changed while we were there both equally sucked . We had the most disgusting people above us who fought with us daily for no apparent reason the landlord threatened to evict us when we complained. The landlord is a joke , I had mold and he blamed us and sent the “super” who couldn’t communicate with us to “fix it” he spray painted the mold and left another time he “fixed” the hack job of the wall and ...never came back to sand or paint . The landlord is also very unprofessional, screaming and cursing at me when we refused to let someone he sent in with no notice. Saying it was his apartment and we had to do what he said . He does not give more than a few hours notice when someone is coming to enter the apartment. He asked us for a key to our apartment when we were under the impression he had already had it and we had to pay for it our selves with less than a day notice . Even moving out was terrible . All the apartments have mold issues that they don’t fix. I don’t wish this horrible experience on anyone.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Negligent
February 24, 2021The studio itself is in good condition but ever since a new person took ownership they have become the worst of the worst. Every month there's plumbing problems for which they'll send someone to temporarily fix it. I say temporary because it keeps malfunctioning. They've left us without heat for days in the middle of winter, water leaks take weeks to get fixed, and no water for days. This guy literally does not care for his tenants but expects his rent on time and IN FULL. Really disappointedReview from Apartments.com
