Big Space, But Needs Up Keep
August 17, 2015My building is conveniently located near subway, major shopping district, and a few good restaurants (4). The apt is on the fifth floor of a walk up building. There's no laundry in the building, so once a month and I carry a fifty pound bag of laundry up and down the stairs. It keeps me fit! I do have problems when it rains, it sometimes leaks from the ceiling. Management has assured me they repaired the roof, but the water damage in my apt - not yet! The water pressure is fine, however my ...bedroom radiator does not work. The apartment has definitely grown on me, even with all it's flaws. :)Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
