July 26, 2015Hallways at kept clean, maintenance responds quickly to issues and are very friendly. Management is impossible to get in touch with. Mostly college students in the building and area so it can sometimes be noisy in the neighborhood. The building is old, some mold in the bathroom and the kitchen is in alright condition, definitely hasn't been updated in many many years. Rent is incredibly affordable for the area (why my husband and I have lived here for 4 years). Our apartment is a 1 bedroom and I ...think all units in the building are. There is laundry conveniently in the basement, but only one washer and dryer so timing can be difficult when others are trying to use it as well. No elevator in the building. The heat can be difficult to manage in the summer being on the 3rd floor. Location is very close to the T and walking distance to Coolidge Corner and Washington Square.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
