Absolutely wonderful stay at 201 S Busey Ave. Urbana, IL 61801
November 19, 2018Apartment 11 was my home for a full year at 201 S Busey Ave. I had a wonderful stay - the apartments were conveniently located near The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign campus and near downtown Urbana. Additionally, this location is very near to three bus stops which can take you just about anywhere in Champaign or Urbana. Charles & Ginger Lozar were absolutely wonderful landlords. The two were active and vested in their property. So, it was easy to get in touch with them if I ever ...encountered any issues. They were very accommodating and easy to work with. NOT Pet Friendly
July 9, 2018Even though they say they are pet-friendly, they are not! They are extremely selective and even when you provide all documents necessary to prove them wrong, they will still try to find ways as to why you can't get approved. First, it was because I had a dog, so I got a letter of recommendation from my current building. Then it was because of his weight and the building was willing to take him if he was even at the 50lbs range, so I got a vet report where he was 50.7 and they rejected me ...again. In the end, after many calls, I just got tired of dealing with these guys and asked to remove my application from their process. All I got back was my time wasted and a hard hit on my credit score. Great home
June 13, 2018I live here with my girlfriend and two dogs. We really enjoy being able to have our pets here. Finding a place in Kearney that allows pets is very hard! I love how hard the worker are here, picking up trash and helping keep these apartments clean and look great.Review from Apartments.com

June 13, 2018I love that all of my neighbors are friendly and I love all of the green space. We have many grilling areas and I get to enjoy them with friends. I love that they are pet friendly, not many places here in Kearney allow pets. My two dogs really enjoy the doggy park.Review from Apartments.com

June 13, 2018I always had trouble finding a place to rent with my pup until I found Kearney apartment homes! Over the top pet friendly... the leasing girl was so sweet she even played with Peyton while I did my application! And the on site fitness center has saved me tons over my anytime fitness membership!
