Please don’t move in
August 4, 2024This place was absolutely hell. Roaches, mice, all of the above. I don’t want anyone to go through the hell I experienced. It’s sad they rent out these units and collect money from people to have them awful conditions. I would give zero stars if I could.Review from Apartments.com
The worst !!
January 2, 2020The worst place to rent from ..... okay when I first moved in February 1,2019 I had no heat and that’s when the weather was below zero so I stayed somewhere else because it was too cold to stay there I started seeing little roaches I haven’t put no food in my apartment to be honest nothing was in there but my bedroom set and it was new so the exterminator came which didn’t solve anything so I called my own pest control I just feel like since people move in and out these apartments the should come ...spray the building once a month .Time goes by it starts to get hot outside the heat still on so I call the property manger (Darnell) to ask when they going to turn off the heat orturn it down he couldn’t answer “nothing new” his favorite line call the office so I call the 1800 number they put in a request .. when they cut the heat off the hot water turned off so imagine coming home from a long day of work with no hot water I’m pissed so I contact the property manager again no answer .. Time goes by I lost my keys to my apartment on Sunday September 15 they can’t help me the hotline told me the lock smith doesn’t work late so I was lock out for two days I went to the office to put my key request in on the 18th ..They end up sending a locksmith the same day I put my request in I asked him can I go up the street to make a copy of the key he said no so I’m like ok so I went to change my locks ... Today is October 1st I still don’t have no keys so if I didn’t change my locks I would Have been still locked out my apartment .... The property manger call me to tell me to change my locks ASAP I said no and he said that’s a least violation and something about eviction . I’m trying to figure out how you know my locks was changed I didn’t ask for a maintenance request or exterminator them locks been changed since the 18th in my mind y’all been going in my apartment without permission . My least not over until January and YESSS IM BREAKING IT EARLY!!!!!!!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on scale of 1 (below average) and to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider needs as part of the school selection process.
