Cops are there constantly, they never fix anything when its broken, ignore your calls, and keep your security deposit when you move out.

This place if awful. Police are there almost daily. They won't give you a copy of your lease or your deposit back when you leave. If anything is broken, don't expect to have it fixed. The manager seems drunk all the time and the owner is extremely rude. Don't waste your money here!
