TENANTS BEWARE!!
May 1, 2025The property owner is very GREEDY!!They are now managed by Hoag Property Management and they keep raising the rent! Now they are charging additional fees for landscaping, water, trash and even electricity for the light posts in the parking lot!! You don't even get a personal yard space which would kind of justify some of the landscaping fees. Find somewhere else to rent. The price is ridiculous for the size. Not to mention, they take forever to make repairs. You have to threaten them with getting ...the repairs done yourself and taking the cost out of the rent to get repairs done in a timely manner. The "manager" on the property has no real authority and she just snitches to the owner. She can't be trusted.
