    I wish I can get out of my lease. Homeless is everywhere it's embarrassing to bring company over. And they like to charge extra for utilities. Awful

    Management sucks, I would not recommend this place at all. the manager is rude, disrespectful and not helpful. They make you pay for parking and claiming that they have cámaras but yet they are always breaking into the cars and when you ask them to review the cameras they say that they can’t and it’s because they don’t work. The homeless lady is still around coming in and out the building.

      Dear resident, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your recent experiences at the complex and will work to improve on these areas. With regards to the cameras we will have a technician come out and see about repair, however these systems are only designed to hold footage for certain periods of time, and we have very specific policies regarding who sees footage for liability and privacy concerns. We have worked with local law enforcement for any trespassers and we encourage you to contact management for suspicious activity around the property. For emergencies however always call 911 first. We are working on new keys for the entire property to be reissued in the near future to improve security and safety. Your manager will be in contact with the complex regarding this. Thank you for your continued residency. We will work to address all these issues.

  • Beware!!!

    This place is not safe! There is a homeless lady who comes and goes whenever see pleases. The landlord knows and they can’t do anything about it. There are smokers even though it’s a smoke free complex. Loud neighbors and homeless camp across the way.
