Dated gem in a great area
July 23, 2015This apartment definitely has it's pros and cons. Pros: walking distance to restaurants and bars in Edison Park and Park Ridge; safe neighborhood; super close to public trans; spacious living area; heat and water included. Cons: thinner walls; dated layout; no central air; old appliances; creaky flooring; no in-unit washer/dryer. Overall, this is a great first apartment for younger couples who want the accessibility of the city in a much quieter locale.Review from Apartments.com
Amazing Location and Space
July 22, 2015I love this apartment! We live steps away from the metra, 8 min from the L, and in the heart of downtown Edison Park. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Tons of fun restaurants and fun bars that are all within walking distance. Great amount of space for rent price, heat and water included with toasty warm radiators during the cold months. Helpful maintenance staff and laundry on site. Hardwood floors throughout.Review from Apartments.com
