Renters Reviews and Ratings
Hate it
November 25, 2024Renovated to charge outrages rent price. They improved a little with the infestation but bugs are still present. The worst part is the loud neighbors and thin walls, you can hear everything from sneezes to stepping and clear conversations, neighbors TV. People who live there and cook very bad smelling food that takes over multiple floors. Which means the building's ventilation system is trash. Management sucks, they're rude, or just ignore you. They do cheap covering of old leaky tubes instead of ...replacing it to save money. I wish I would have never moved in here, please save your mental health and money.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Filthy, unpleasant!!!!!
March 20, 2019Horrible place. Stinks, smells, dirty and full of roaches. Poor management, does not repairs to the apartments nor does not even clean the hallways. 1st apt on the first floor smells as if its a pig sty. Just horrible!!!!!Review from Apartments.com

April 15, 2018I agree with the previous review. I had to end my lease early because the bugs were so terrible. It got to the point where I couldn’t even have any food in the apartment and I couldn’t sleep for months, and this is coming from the most neurotic OCD clean person. I bleached everyday! Cockroaches were coming through the light switch covers! Jasco, the management company, did nothing to solve the problem. Disgusting building with many violations. Avoid at all costs!Review from Apartments.com
Filthy, infested with cockroaches and bed bugs
May 5, 2016This building is filthy. It is infested with cockroaches and bed bugs and nothing is being done to exterminate or prevent the spread of theses pests. I subleased a unit and the landlord is shady and refuses to abide by New Jersey State laws. He has shown up at my apartment late at night and harassed me. Shut off my utilities without just cause and will not return my emails, calls or texts about making the apartment more habitable and legal.Review from Apartments.com
