February 17, 2018700 Constitution is amazing. The leasing staff are attentive and always friendly and professional. I've enjoyed everyday I've lived here. They throw fun parties for the tenants on top of all of the great amenities. The other tenants in the building are incredibly kind and there really is a community here. I would recommend this apartment building to anyone looking to move to Capitol Hill.Review from Apartments.com
