Looking for someone to take over my lease. Move in Date flexible. The lease goes until December 2nd. $20/month for parking spot. You would need to fill out the application for screening, credit check and criminal background check. You would also need to show proof of income so they could verify you meet the rental criteria and the lease would be transitioned to your name with the option to renew at the end of the lease. Only looking to end to my lease as a friend moved to San Diego and we want to live together. This is a spacious studio apartment with walk in closet and in unit washer and dryer on the 5th floor. The space for your bed is separate from the living room space so feels like a one bedroom with out a wall. All stainless steal appliances and a large bath and counter space in the bathroom. It is on the short side of the building so the 5th floor is the top floor which is nice because you have no neighbors above you. There is also an elevator for the shorter side of the building which is nice for convenience and speed. Also is on the inside of building which allows for a beautiful view of the amenities below. I have lived in this apartment since August and looking for someone to take over the remaining 6 months of my lease with the option to continue/renew. Only looking to move out as my friend moved to town and we would like to live together. Amenities include an 18th floor roof top pool and hot tub over looking the bay and Coronado bridge, ample hang out spaces for friends, grills, pizza oven, conference room to work, and gym.
