Charming in a perfect location
July 25, 2015Pros: The house is gorgeous inside and out, with charming and old fashioned character. Very high ceilings, hand-carved moulding around every doorway. The kitchen is big and bright with brand new hardwood. The bedroom is big enough for a bed and a living room set. Tons of windows provide natural light, but privacy can be an issue right in the heart of downtown. The bathroom features a GIANT claw foot tub — you could easily fit three of me in there. Two big closets and a broom closet provide tons ...of storage space. The house is an easy walk from everything downtown Boise has to offer — stumbling distance from shopping, restaurants and nightlife. Cons: no laundry onsite. No air conditioning. Bathroom floor is really ugly and requires lots of rugs. Bathroom has no ventilation, so it gets steamy in there and a lot of the paint is peeling.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
