The drywall is screwed into a hat channel that is attached to a clip and the whisper clip screwed into the open web trusses. Internal & External Structures and Systems/Foundation • The central heating and cooling system is made by LG and is a minisplit ducted three zone system. Accordingly 3 thermostats help control temperatures through ensuring better balance and delivery of temperature preference. o The return air vent is correctly place near the thermostat to trigger the most accurate reading of the desired temperature set • The entire home is new construction from the ground up.
