Awful apartment
July 24, 2024I lived at one of Guardian's property management buildings for 2 years. Those two years were hell. For starters, the whole apartment complex was infested with mice. The exterminators they hired barely showed and when they did they set traps that didn't work. The building itself had a patio that was shut down for quote "a fire" The fire was smoke in a fire pot from someone throwing their used cigarettes in it. Instead of fixing the issues with the patio they completely locked it and shut it down ...despite it being a part of our lease that we had access to the patio. We also faced multiple issues with other residents. A few of the units were smoking meth in the building, The smell of meth and weed was very prevalent. On numerous occasions, my roommate and I had been offered cocaine, Meth, speed, and various other hard drugs. Well, living at Crocus Hill Flats someone tried to light the building on fire. We heard fights in the hallways and on the street right in front of the building. During our move out I was assaulted by one of the other tenets who was a 50-year-old man who said he and I "had a connection" I'm in my early 20's. This building is not safe. We have called Guardian's property management on many occasions and nothing has ever been done to help any of the issues in the building. The most we have been told is "We'll send a reminder not to do drugs in the apartment" They also raise rent every year and give you nothing in return. I will never rent from Guardian's property management again.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
It use to be a church they turned into condos
August 26, 2015I love the neighborhood it is right by Summit and Grand Ave. The beautiful old feel of the mansion houses and colonial style houses are exceptionally gorgeous and breath taking. Right next to the Obama school and several churches in this beautiful area. To Grand Ave and all the specialty shops and many restaurants and old school pubs. Beautiful landscaped yards everywhere to the governors mansion down the street. I love my beautiful condo and where I live.Review from Apartments.com
