2.5 Months of Apartment Flooding
February 19, 2024Have been a tenant at 75 Jordan for 1.5 years. New building management is atrocious - Barberry Rose Management. My apartment has been flooding since December 2023 - first due to apartment 606’s balcony being pitched damaging 506 & 507. Now’s it my windows that need to be resealed, that have been unfixed for 1.5 months. The only thing that has been done is a dehumidifier was placed in the unit. Water has been under the floorboards and exposed in the bedroom and hallway at least 4 times now. ...Baseboards, door jams, all disgusting. Build up between floor boards. It’s a matter of time before it’s black mold all under the floors, around the window sill, etc. Ownership and management has 0 care about my health or my furniture.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
