Exceptional Living Experience with Prompt Maintenance and Welcoming Landlord
July 15, 2024Absolutely fantastic experience living here! The apartment is beautifully maintained, with all amenities in top-notch condition. The maintenance team is prompt and efficient, always ready to address any issues quickly. The landlords are incredibly welcoming and go above and beyond to ensure residents feel at home. This building truly offers a wonderful living environment. Highly recommended!Review from Apartments.com
Best landlords I've ever had. Great neighborhood.
November 10, 2019This is an owner managed building. The landlords are just amazing people, super friendly. Not a rental company or agents. I lived here for a few years. The building is a 100 year Historic Building and they keep it looking like a boutique hotel, always super clean and tidy, really, like every day !! They really put their heart and soul into it and in making sure tenants are taken care of and feel like guests in their building, not just another person renting, very personable and responsible. They ...are incredibly responsive to all maintenance issues, like within 24 hrs !! They are available everyday. Any issue that came up in my apartment or in the building was always dealt with ASAP. The neighborhood is great, its downtown SF, city living in the best way. There is a cafe at the entrance with nice people and tourists always there, that just makes it all the more great. Close to the TL, but that's SF, I always felt safe in the hood and at home. There's like over a dozen security cameras in the building. It's a great neighborhood and an amazing part of the city, walkable, close to all transportation, tons of cool restaurants, cafes, bars, galleries, shops, grocery stores, farmer's markets, gyms. They are super legal, honest, and fair, very clear on my move in and on my move out. I've never had a landlord return my security deposit fairly AND with the interest accrued over the years that is legally mine!! Really one of the best places to live in the city, hands down. I would make my home here again and rent here again. You should !!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Worst apartment ever
January 11, 2019The building is old and falling apart. I had issues with the ceiling in the bathroom bending down, leaks and dents in walls that would appear because of leaks. Studios are tiny. Shower water pressure is awful. Landlord is the worst: elevator was broken on one of the floors and they did not fix it for over a month. Lights in the hallways are not always working on the floors. Street noise is bad in the street-facing units. Neighborhood is bad, I once had to deal with a homeless person in the ...laundry room of the building which ended up traumatizing me. Package theft. Landlord is also one of the pettiest people I have ever met, and will try to get every penny out of your deposit. Not good people.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
