I love Edmonds Ridge
February 28, 2021I have lived here for almost a year and I couldn’t be happier. It is a quiet and well kept property. Property management has been great and very responsive. When minor crimes started happening around the area, they quickly installed security cameras and more lights outside. I hope this continues to be the property that it is.Review from Apartments.com

Love it - quiet and well managed

Stay away!
June 12, 2018As others have mentioned, the property manager is very rude and unprofessional! The property manager does not work with you to resolve issues. In my particular case, I have children and we were playing outside during the middle of the day and the noise was unacceptable to her. She was so angry that she insulted me and called me a bare foot hillbilly and it made me feel like I can’t even take my kids outside to play in the sunshine or I will get yelled at. She has a big truck and tries to act ...tough and intimidating. I love the building and location but until the owner gets a new property manager here I will not be happy here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
