Decent building, GREAT location
July 28, 2015Accommodates up to six tenets comfortably, although the living and kitchen areas (the only communal space in the building) are a bit small. There's also a lack of storage space, as the basement is moldy and unusable. The landlords are very responsive, and most maintenance issues are dealt with swiftly. What the house itself lacks, however, is made up for in location-- in one of the best-placed neighborhoods in all of Ann Arbor, within walking distance of all of downtown, grocery stores, several ...city parks, and several public transit hubs.
