October 7, 2015The good: located right outside the art museum and within walking distance from major grocery store; Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Aldi. Quiet area. Laundry on site, $1.50 to wash and dry. Only six apartments in the building. two apartments per floor. The bad: an old apartment building so it creaks and the ceiling is cracked. It gets really, really cold in the winter and really, really hot in the summer. The walls are questionable for hanging items you may or may not have a panel covering ...brick. Electric heating but its not heavily insulated Overall, I do enjoy this place. The maintenance is okay and its great for a first time apartment.
