Do Not Live Here
May 14, 2022Worst management of all time. They take weeks if not months to respond to routine management requests let alone serious sanitary issues. So far, since living here we have encountered roaches, mice, rats, broken pipes/sinks, broken refrigerator, crumbling and moldy ceiling structure...the list goes on. Oh but don't expect them to care or understand cause they'll still upcharge you the next year by an absurd amount because of the "location." They don't care about their building issues but rather ...just harass you for their rent without addressing any issues. Also, this block in the last two years has had constant, weekly construction going on outside our window. Jack hammers at least twice a week all day. Do yourself a favor and live in a different building in this area. There are so many good ones with much better management that are worth your money.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Great Location for Upper East Side Living
July 30, 2015One block from Central Park, the building is perfectly situated to enjoy the best parts of the Upper East Side. Living just off of Madison Avenue and 68th Street, it is quiet enough at night to actually open the windows, which is unheard of in NYC. The Kitchens are very nice, there is a walk in closet and it is relatively well priced. All in all it just does everything well and nothing bad, which adds up to a great living experience.Review from Apartments.com
