March 22, 2025This apartment is good enough to live in, but there are many things to be changed. First, the residents cannot use the community space for a long time because of the construction. We paid for those amenities, so we need to get a refund for some of the monthly fees. Also, residents are not satisfied that the copy machines are out of service of a long time. January 18, 2025The clubhouse is under maintenance and I lost access to the coffee machine, the printer, the TV room and the office where I used to study. Also, my bike was stolen inside the building and I spotted a Drug Addict inside the garage. Had to call the police and I am now afraid to use the trash room. While 810 Ninth attempts to always provide a stellar place to live, at times renovations/repairs/upgrades may be necessary. Ownership has made the decision to create a place that offers ampl e refreshments and is appealing to all of those who may wish to work/study from home, as you have done in the past and potentially in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience that may be caused from the closure of the clubhouse space while conditions of use is limited/not available. We are working hard to move this process as quickly as possible. While 810 Ninth never assumes the lifestyles of others, we do agree that if you felt unsafe you reserve the right to contact local authorities to remove any potential trespasser. We thank you for being diligent as our teams cannot be in all places at one time. I'd like to hear your thoughts on how you'd like to move forward or what you feel ...works best for you.
