Complete Failure
May 12, 2021This place could've been something special. Years ago it was charming and unique looking and the promise of upgrades was exciting. The photos listed here are nothing like what the building looks likes now. Those upgrades came as gutting the landscape, poorly painting the most drab and ugly color scheme imaginable, ignoring broken windows and rotting windowsills, replacing the ONE washer/dryer with smaller yet more expensive units that are constantly broken... honestly there so much wrong the list ...is endless. The management is rude, impersonal, and inept. Seniors on fixed income who lived here for 20 years were forced to leave after rent was jacked up just so ownership could "renovate" their unit to try to make even more money on a building in which rent costs are already far to high for the disarray the property continues to be in and the lack of amenities and customer service. Seriously, stay as far away from this building as you can.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Trainwreck
March 26, 2019Noticed another reviewer from 3 years ago saying “soon to be upgrades” - well those definitely never happened. The building has become a dilapidated wreck with no landscaping, ugly paint colors and a rat infestation according to neighbors and current tenants. Hard pass.Review from Apartments.com
Nice Spot in Burbank if you like freeway speeds on your road
September 15, 2015New Owners are pretty nice. Rent prices are decent. NO pool. Basic apartment built in the 60s. Neighbors are friendly. Neighbors on the street are friendly. A LOT of people race up and down the streets. Fairly dangerous for children, pets on long leashes, and anyone that can't cross the street at a run. New owners plan on updating the building. Old owners didn't take care of it. This is a lovely change. Apartment is VERY quiet. That and the soon to be upgrades are the best part.Review from Apartments.com
