Cheap rent
September 8, 2015We've lived here for over 20 years because of the cheap rent. Yea there's gang activity but for the most part if u don't bother them they won't bother you. It's a nice Hispanic community, everything you need is close by, including a market and several bus stops if u need an easy commute. My siblings and i are college students, easy commute to several ones. My mother is a stay at home mom, doesn't drive but had everything close by that she needs, the people here are decent.Review from Apartments.com
