  • nice cozy apartment, with a twist

    I live in a nice 8 unit apartment building, its over 30 years old. I have been here a little over 13 years. nice neighbors. I am minutes away from downtown shopping , restaurants, transportation, library, police dept. post office. Its very convenient. walking distance to octoberfest, the parades, and winterfest, and the car shows...... now comes the twist....... if you enjoy waking up to yelling and an occasional WOOO HOOO, horn blowing,and once in a while a ball going through your window, then ...
    you would love living here. I am right next to a little league baseball field.. My apartment is right behind home plate. There is the field, then a small hill, then a fence, then my driveway, then my apartment. (THAT CLOSE). I do get fly balls every year hitting the building, I am getting a great throw arm.
