Relax on the front screened-in porch (with a porch swing!) or entertain on the back deck. Plenty of off-street parking at the rear with alley access. Additional storage is available in the attic and in the crawl space under the house. Lawn maintenance, home security system and pest control all included. Home is available to view by appointment.Off street parking for up to 3 vehicles. Private alley access to parking from Home Avenue. Lawn maintenance is included. ADT security system is active and monthly fee is included. All rent and other fees will be paid via online resident portal. Utilities are not included. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Pets are welcome. Dogs require a small pet fee. HVAC filters will be supplied. Tenant is required to change the filter once per month. Pest Control through Breda Pest Management is included.
